Sometimes you need something big, bold, burnt and beautiful. This 5 pound vase is meant to look weathered, loved and everlasting.
It has two holes, the top hole measures 2 inches in diameter and 3.75 inches deep. The second hole measures 0.5 inches in diameter that extends the total depth to 6.5 inches.

This vase is not watertight and is intended for dried florals. Measurements are approximate.
Beautiful Burnt Vase
This vase is incredibly beautiful due to its simplicity and solid structure. The turning is well executed, leaving just enough ‘imperfection’ to capture that traditional Japanese wabi-sabi feel. The shou sugi ban (burnt outside) highlights the grain of the wood, and makes this piece truly stand out. Awesome piece, and glad I stumbled upon your artwork.
