Like a rugged coastline - there is much to take in.
Made using spalted maple, it highlights a crack on top, leading either direction to sculpted and burnt sides. It's contrasting. There's a push and pull between lightness and dark. Between smoothly polished and ruggedly raw. I hope it evokes something in you, like it does in me.
Finished on the bottom with a signature brass coin.

This vase is not watertight and is intended for dried florals. Measurements are approximate. Finished with an all-natural, non-toxic and plant-based oil.
