The goal for this vase was to create something timeless, minimalist yet rugged. A piece for your home that adds depth and contemplation, with a wabisabi feel.

The 'weathering' of this salvaged birch budvase was achieved by texturing the wood and enhanced by the Traditional Japanese process of Yakisugi - to burn and brush.

This vase is not watertight and is intended for dried florals. Measurements are approximate. Finished with an all-natural, non-toxic and plant-based oil.
